Ashraf Sadek Design Consultants offers a wide array of design and consultancy services to its business partners. Our scope can include everything a business might need; starting from due diligence reports to schematic designs, a full design package, tendering, supervision until the site hand-over.
Design
Our scope in the design covers all the basis needed for a project. It starts with a preliminary site analysis, to assist our partners in choosing the suitable space for their premise through a thorough due diligence report.
The design process then goes through multiple phases including programming via discussion with all stakeholders, leading to a schematic design then design development and then issuing a tender/construction package. Our design services include all relevant trades including interior design, architecture, MEP, LEED and structural works.
Supervision
The project supervision phase ensures that all work is executed according to the approved plans, specifications, and quality standards. Supervisors monitor progress on-site, coordinate between contractors and consultants, and address any issues that arise during construction. Regular inspections and reporting help maintain compliance with safety regulations and project timelines. This phase is crucial for identifying potential risks early and implementing corrective actions promptly. Effective supervision keeps the project on track, within budget, and aligned with the original design intent.
Project management
The project management phase involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of the engineering project from start to finish. It includes defining scope, setting timelines, managing budgets, and allocating resources effectively. Project managers act as the central point of communication between clients, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders. Risk management, progress tracking, and decision-making are key responsibilities throughout this phase. The goal is to deliver the project on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
